Product return procedure

The customer has the right, within 15 days of receiving the goods, to notify Amanzi s.p., www.supstore.si in writing that they withdraw from the contract, either via email at info@amanzi.si or by another legally prescribed method. It is recommended that the customer complete the return/complaint form, which can be found HERE, and attach it to the returned goods.

• Products must be unused and undamaged upon return,
• quantity unchanged and in the undamaged original packaging.
• Returned goods must be in the protective original packaging, identical to the one sent to you by Amanzi s.p.

The consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract does not constitute a trial purchase; therefore, the consumer may not use the received goods freely. The consumer may inspect and test the goods only to the extent necessary to determine their condition, as would be customary in physical stores. Any testing beyond this may be considered use of the goods, and the consumer is liable for any reduction in value if it results from actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the goods.

The product can be returned by the consumer in two ways:

• At the Amanzi store (Glavni trg 18, 1234 Mengeš)
• By mail to the address:

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

A copy of the original invoice must also be included with the return. The customer must return the goods to the company within 15 days of the written notification to the address: Amanzi s.p., Glavni trg 18, 1234 Mengeš, Slovenia – with the note “Online Sale.” The customer bears the return shipping costs. Amanzi s.p. will refund the full purchase price after receiving the returned goods to the specified bank account within 15 business days.

Consumer Withdrawal from Contract for Items Sold as a Set

If the consumer decides to withdraw from the contract for items sold as a set, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised for the entire set together. The seller will refund the purchase price for the entire set only if the consumer returns all items in that set.
