Personal data protection

The data that a user provides through forms on the www.supstore.si website, or by other means (via email, social networks, smart applications, phone, etc.), is confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable Slovenian legislation. Amanzi s.p. will protect personal data and prevent its misuse. Personal data will be used only for the purposes for which the user has given consent. 

Users are also responsible for protecting their personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password. 

The user expressly authorizes the transfer of collected personal data to third parties and contractual processors for the purpose of fulfilling the user's order. 

Amanzi s.p. uses encryption for all transfers of the user's personal data to encode all information sent with orders. For processing credit card payments, the authorized company is Paypal.com. Payment card data entered by the user for this payment method is transmitted in encrypted form from the user's computer directly to the bank's authorization server through these providers. 

Amanzi s.p., as the data controller, in accordance with the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act, commits to permanently protecting all personal data provided voluntarily by the user during registration in the online store or when placing an order. 

Personal data provided by the user for the purpose of placing an online order includes: first name, last name, delivery address, billing information, phone number, email address, and IP address. 

Amanzi s.p. also processes data regarding the payment method, delivery method, type and quantity of purchased items, and any other information required to complete the order, as well as data related to complaints, claims, and warranty or other requests from users. 

Amanzi s.p. processes this personal data solely for the purpose of completing the online sale of products ordered by the user, unless the user explicitly consents to the use of their personal data for other purposes, such as marketing or notifications about offers. 

Users are obliged to provide Amanzi s.p. with accurate and truthful personal data. They must also notify the store operator of any changes to their information. By confirming during registration or order placement, the user affirms that the provided personal data is correct. 

Registered users can cancel their registration in the online store by sending a request to info@amanzi.si. The cancellation request must be sent from the email address used for registration. 

The operator reserves the right to verify through the user’s contact information whether the cancellation request was indeed submitted by the registered user. Within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request, the operator commits to deleting the user’s account and associated personal data and notifying the user by email. After sending the notification, the operator will also delete the user's email address. 

 

Data storage

After placing an order, the customer receives a copy of the contract (order) at their email address. Amanzi s.p. stores business documentation regarding the completed purchase (invoice) at the company’s headquarters. The customer can request the business documentation of the completed purchase in writing via email at info@amanzi.si. 

 

Complaints and disputes

Amanzi s.p. respects applicable consumer protection legislation. Complaints can be submitted via email to info@amanzi.si. The complaint handling process is confidential. Amanzi s.p. strives to resolve disputes amicably wherever possible. 

Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. In accordance with legal regulations, Amanzi s.p. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for resolving a dispute initiated by a consumer under the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes. Amanzi s.p. publishes an electronic link on its website to the platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). The platform is available to consumers here
