Pre-orders

For some items on the supstore.si website, pre-orders are available. A pre-order is a purchase process with delayed delivery. The pre-order process is the same as the regular ordering process, except that delivery is delayed, which is indicated for each item. A customer who places an order for an item marked as available for pre-order agrees that the delivery will follow the procedure described in this section and not the general terms and conditions that apply to regular in-stock orders. The item description specifies whether the item can be pre-ordered or is available from stock. By placing a pre-order, the customer confirms the reservation of the item and accepts the conditions applicable to pre-orders. The estimated delivery time is indicated for each pre-order item individually. We reserve the right for the estimated delivery time to differ from what is stated due to factors beyond our control (shipping delays, lost cargo, longer processing of the shipment, unusually long customs clearance, unloading from the ship, delivery to the door, etc.). In such cases, we will notify the customer whether they wish to keep the pre-order or cancel it due to the delay. We reserve the right not to deliver pre-order items in cases of force majeure.
