An order in the online store is placed when the user receives an automatic email notification. This electronic notice is not a confirmation that the item is in stock or that shipping has begun. The order will be confirmed no later than 2 working days after it has been placed, with a new email confirming the order.
If the ordered product is not in stock or the order cannot be fulfilled for other reasons, the user will be notified by email.
In case of an error, the customer can cancel the order without any additional cost until the confirmation email has been received.
Amanzi s.p. may reject an order if it suspects that there has been misuse of the websites www.supstore.si
If the order confirmation does not appear on the website and you have not received a confirmation email, this means that either a technical error occurred or incorrect data was entered. You can repeat the process or contact us for assistance at info@amanzi.si.

By completing the order, the customer confirms that they have read and been expressly informed about the general terms and conditions before submitting the order.

The purchase contract and interpretation of these conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Slovenia. In the event of any dispute arising from the purchase contract and/or these terms, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction.
Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and are country-specific. For customers from European Union countries, prices include value-added tax (VAT). For customers from countries that are not members of the European Union, VAT is not charged, but these customers are obliged to pay all costs related to import customs clearance of goods, including all import duties, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the country of import, of which they are explicitly informed at the time of purchase. The prices and discounts valid at the time of placing the order apply.
Discounts, promotional codes, etc., generally do not add up.
For every purchase made in the online store www.supstore.si, an online discount is applied.
Prices are valid until a new price list is published in the online store www.supstore.si.
The validity periods of promotional offers in the online store www.supstore.si are stated on the website. The listed prices apply only to purchases in the online store www.supstore.si and may differ from prices at other points of sale.

In this case, the customer will be informed and, upon agreeing to the notice, will receive a pro forma invoice, which must be paid before the order is shipped.
The provider also reserves the right, at its own discretion, to fully or partially, and at any time and without prior notice, modify, supplement, or remove any part of the "right to refuse service." Your continued use of the website after the publication of changes to these general terms and conditions is considered acceptance of those changes.
