Personal pickup of goods
Personal pickup of goods can be carried out at the Amanzi store during official business hours.
By choosing the personal pickup option, you will be notified when the ordered goods are ready for collection.
Delivery and delivery costs
Delivery is carried out via Pošta Slovenije and its corresponding partners in individual countries, as well as GLS (Courier and parcel distribution) and its corresponding partners.
Notice for customers from countries that are not members of the European Union: customers are obliged to pay all costs related to import customs clearance of goods, including all import duties, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the importing country, of which they are expressly informed at the time of purchase.
Amanzi s.p. does not assume responsibility for any delays caused by the delivery service. The delivery price list may be changed by Amanzi at any time. Amanzi s.p. may also choose another delivery service if this ensures more efficient order fulfillment.
The delivery period for goods is 4–10 working days. In case the ordered goods cannot be delivered within the promised time due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you of the new delivery time by phone or email. Delivery is usually made to the address specified as the delivery address. In cases where delivery is carried out by a contractual delivery service, that service may apply its own delivery rules (e.g. delivery to parcel lockers, pickup points, etc.), about which you will be notified in advance by the delivery service.
A flat-rate fee is charged for delivery depending on the place of delivery (country).
Free shipping on orders over €180 for orders within Slovenia.
